Lindsey Beharry Design Co. is based in Northern Virginia, just outside Washington, DC, and I work with clients worldwide.
Most projects run entirely remotely: discovery, strategy sessions, design reviews, and training all happen over video, and clients across the US, Canada, Europe, South America, Australia, and New Zealand go through the same process local clients do. If you’re in the DC metro area—Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, and Loudoun County in Virginia, or Rockville, Bethesda, and Silver Spring in Maryland—in-person meetings are an option for discovery, kickoff, or strategy sessions.
Working hours can be scheduled around client time zones when needed.
The timeline varies by project, but branding typically takes 4-6 weeks and web design typically takes 8-12 weeks. More complex projects may require additional time and smaller less complex projects may require less time.
Pricing varies depending on the scope of work.
Most branding projects fall between $1,750 and $3,500. Pricing depends on the depth of strategy and the number of assets you need.

Yes! Website copywriting is included in every website project at no additional cost. I’ll collaborate with you to write clear, strategic messaging that sounds like you and speaks directly to your customer. Copy is always written by a human for a human, and follows StoryBrand methodology. With 100+ published works and 10+ years as a professional editor, the words are as considered as the design.
Yes! Most projects require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project milestones.
Yes! Logos can be registered as trademarks, but only if they meet certain conditions, and many templated, generated, or DIY logos don’t, which is why the logos I design are never stock art, clip art, Canva-templated, or AI-generated.
My role: While I don’t file trademarks or provide legal advice (because that’s a lawyer’s job), I do design with trademarking in mind. Every logo I create is original artwork made for your business and specific to your audience and goals. I design for distinctiveness rather than the obvious literal symbol, and you own the final files transfered to you at project completion. If trademarking is the goal, tell me at the start and I’ll design toward it in cooperation with your attorney.
A logo generally can’t be trademarked if:
If registration matters to your business, work with a trademark attorney and bring them in before you’re attached to a design. A clearance search costs far less than a rebrand later.
All projects receive two rounds of revisions per phase. Most projects have two to three phases. Additional revisions may either be added at any time during the process and will be billed at my current hourly rate.
I’ll guide you through the entire process with timelines, milestones, and communication, but your input shapes the project.
Plan on roughly 6-8 hours of your time needed across the project. This includes time spend on strategy session, design reviews, providing content or needed assets, final approvals and any training. Feedback turnaround is typically 3-5 business days per round, depending of the number of decision makers involved, level of detail, input the project needs.
